Rizq Terms of Service

Rizq helps users discover, contact, book, review, and interact with Muslim-owned businesses and service providers across supported U.S. markets. You agree to use Rizq lawfully and not to abuse, disrupt, scrape, impersonate, defraud, or misuse other users or businesses.

Business information may be submitted by owners, community members, or Rizq administrators. Claimed businesses are responsible for keeping listing details, services, prices, availability, and contact information accurate.

Rizq may facilitate booking requests, consultations, service requests, and communications. Unless Rizq explicitly states otherwise, the business—not Rizq—is responsible for fulfilling the service, setting final terms, resolving service disputes, and complying with applicable licensing, tax, professional, and consumer-protection requirements.

Do not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or highly sensitive information through Rizq. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Rizq may moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates these terms or harms platform integrity.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Business-owner access may require ownership verification. You can delete your account from the mobile app Settings.

Rizq may add, change, pause, or discontinue features or markets. A city marked “launching” may have limited inventory while the local directory is being seeded.

Rizq does not guarantee the quality, legality, licensing, availability, pricing, or suitability of a listed business or service. Users should exercise appropriate judgment before hiring, booking, or purchasing.

Rizq may restrict accounts, listings, messages, reviews, or access where reasonably necessary to protect users, businesses, the service, or legal compliance.

We may update these terms as Rizq grows. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date above.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
